What should it prepare?

Turn a candidate's CV and your screening notes into a client-ready submittal in your agency's template, with each job requirement linked to evidence. Your recruiter edits and approves it.

One submittal includes up to 6 CV pages and 3,000 words of screening notes.

Your recruiter approves every submittal before it reaches a client. It does not score, rank or reject candidates, and it does not send anything.

What is included

Read the CV and notes, rebuild them in your template with the client's anonymisation rule, and list each job requirement as evidenced, not evidenced or needing a recruiter check.

Start with your submittal template, anonymisation rules per client and recruiter-approved past submittals. The connected option reads candidates and jobs from your recruitment system and saves the approved submittal back; it does not change candidate status or email clients.

How reliable should the submittal be?

A polished CV is not enough. Choose how strictly facts must carry over unchanged, how well claims must be backed by evidence and how reliably gaps are flagged.

How these standards are measured

Test on held-out past submittals across different roles and clients. Check that employers, titles, dates and qualifications are carried over unchanged, that each requirement claim is backed by the CV or notes, and that hidden personal details stay hidden. Invented experience or a leaked contact detail is a failure.

Targets for your selected standard
What is checkedTarget
Facts carried over unchangedEmployers, titles, dates, qualifications and certifications in the submittal must match the source CV or notes exactly; a changed date fails.≥99%
Claims backed by evidenceClaims a recruiter confirms against the linked CV line or note, divided by all requirement claims marked as evidenced.≥95%
Hidden details kept hiddenA submittal fails if any contact detail, name or other field the client rule hides appears anywhere in it.≥100%
Gaps flaggedRequirements with no evidence that are marked for the recruiter, divided by all labelled unevidenced requirements.≥95%

The submittal describes evidence; it does not judge the candidate. Leave age, health, family and other protected characteristics out of summaries, and keep hiring decisions with people. Check local rules on automated hiring tools before use.

How quickly do you need a submittal draft?

Choose how quickly a draft should be ready after you submit the CV, job brief and notes. Your recruiter's editing time is separate.

Timing details

Time from accepting the inputs to a stored draft submittal, including document reading, formatting, queueing and retries. Confirm CV lengths, peak volume and hardware with your provider.

The target applies to at least 95% of agreed test runs, with 2 in progress at a time.

How much do you want to spend per submittal?

Choose the machine budget for reading the CV and notes and writing the draft. Tighter budgets may use a smaller model for formatting and keep the evidence check.

Cost details

Includes model calls, retries and shared hosting allocation. Recruiter time, recruitment system subscriptions, call recording and the calling agent are separate. Scanned CVs and long call transcripts cost more.

Reference machine cost: $0.24 – 0.64 per submittal at 100 submittals a month. The selected cap is a target to test, not a replacement for this estimate.

Where do you want it to run?

Keep candidate data in your cloud or on your own server. Choose whether CV text and notes may go to an approved AI service.

Data and access details

Runs in a cloud account you control, with access by recruiter role and access logs.

CV text, notes and the job brief go to the selected external model under agreed retention terms. Check this against your privacy notice.

Candidate data is personal data: limit access by recruiter role, keep a deletion process and mask contact details in logs. No external calls uses uploaded files and private inference; it cannot use the connected recruitment system option.

How do you want to use it?

Use a review page, your current AI agent or a dedicated submittal agent. You can choose more than one.

Anything else your provider should know?

Optional. Your choices are included automatically.

Common questions

Do I need this if I already use a CV formatting tool?

Not necessarily. Formatting tools rebuild the layout. This also links each client requirement to evidence and flags gaps. Buy it when that write-up still takes recruiter time.

Does it decide which candidates to put forward?

No. It does not score, rank or reject anyone. Your recruiter chooses the candidate and approves the submittal.

What stops it from overselling a candidate?

Each claim must point to a CV line or a note. Missing evidence is shown as a gap for the recruiter, and tests check that facts are not changed.

Can candidate data stay inside our own systems?

Yes. Choose your own server and no external calls, and supply the hardware. Writing quality and machine cost are then measured during the pilot.
