Certificate checksHow should it receive certificates and where should results go?

Compare each supplier COA with your raw-material specification. Choose file uploads or a connection to your quality system.

Your QA team decides on every lot. No automatic release.

What is included

Guide prices assume reusable document parsing, specification comparison and review components adapted with AI-assisted development. You supply approved specifications and checked certificates.

Upload certificates and receive a result-by-result report with a review queue. No quality-system writes.

Agree the parameters, units, limit notations and supplier layouts. The connected option adds an agreed mailbox or storage intake, receiving and specification lookups by lot, and approved inspection records in one system.

AccuracyHow many out-of-spec results should it catch?

Choose targets for catching out-of-spec results and missing tests, reading results correctly and avoiding false alerts.

How accuracy is measured

These are acceptance targets, not measured results. Your QA lead labels held-out certificates against your specifications. Missed values count as errors; report flags and false alerts separately.

Targets for your selected checks
What is checkedTarget
Results read correctlyCorrect parameter names, results and units divided by all labelled parameters; missed values count as errors. Report each parameter type separately.≥99%
Out-of-spec and missing items caughtLabelled out-of-spec results, missing tests, wrong methods, lot mismatches and expired certificates that are flagged, divided by all such cases.≥98%
Flags that hold upShare of flags that QA confirms on natural samples.≥90%
Certificates assessed without editsCertificates with every result and check correct and no QA correction, divided by all inputs including rejected files. This does not release a lot.≥85%

Your QA team reviews every certificate during the pilot. Missing tests, wrong methods, lot mismatches and unreadable pages go to a person. A certificate is the supplier's statement; it does not replace your testing.

SpeedHow quickly do you need each certificate checked?

Choose how quickly the checked report should be ready. QA review and release decisions take extra time.

Timing details

From certificate received to checked report ready, including queueing and retries. At least 95% of test certificates should meet the target, for certificates up to 2 pages with 1 in progress at a time. Confirm hardware and document limits with your provider.

Running-cost targetHow much do you want to spend per certificate?

Select what your workflow can spend checking each certificate. This may affect the OCR, models and number of checks it uses.

Cost details

Reference machine cost: $0.07 – 0.11 per certificate at 1,000 certificates a month. Includes OCR, model calls, retries and allocated hosting, not QA review or system subscriptions.

Your selected budget is a target, not a measured cost. Test it together with your accuracy and speed requirements; a lower budget may require different components.

Your environmentWhere do you want it to run?

Choose where it runs and whether certificate pages or selected fields can be sent to external OCR and AI services.

Data and access details

Runs in your own cloud account. Whether any data leaves is decided by the model access option, not by where it runs.

Approved certificate pages go to an OCR service; approved fields go to a named model. The guide running cost assumes this option.

The offline option uses files within your boundary, not external mailbox or quality-system connections. Agree data permissions, retention and access before deployment.

InterfaceHow do you want to use it?

Use your existing AI agent, a dedicated quality agent or a review web page. You can choose more than one.

Anything else your provider should know?

Optional. Add your volume, budget or special requirements. We include your selections automatically.

Common questions

When should I subscribe to a supplier compliance platform instead?

Subscribe when a platform already covers your suppliers and specifications. Buy a workflow when you want your own specifications, data boundary and system connections under your QA team’s control.

Will it release or reject lots?

No. It reports results and flags with evidence. Your QA team decides whether each lot is released or held, and any system write needs approval.

Does checking certificates replace testing?

No. A certificate is the supplier’s statement. Keep your sampling, testing and supplier audits; this workflow checks the documents against your specification.

Can I add other parameters, suppliers or systems?

Yes. Add them to your brief and agree the scope and price with your provider. Test on held-out certificates before relying on the results.
