Where should it read dispute records?

Bring the order, delivery record and customer messages together in a response you can check.

One case includes up to 20 text pages and 10 source attachments.

Your team decides whether to contest and submits through the processor. No automatic submissions, refunds or promises of winning.

What is included

Match records to the dispute, build a dated evidence checklist and draft a concise response. Show missing and contradictory evidence instead of filling gaps.

Start with a dispute notice and authorised order records. Follow the processor's reason and actual deadline. The connected option adds a read-only processor import; order and support records remain approved uploads.

How reliable should the evidence be?

Judge the evidence, not the win rate. Every claim needs support and every missing item needs to stay visible.

How these standards are measured

Test on held-out disputes with reviewer-labelled required evidence. Check source support, missing evidence, contradictions and actual processor deadlines. Fabricated facts or evidence from another customer block acceptance.

Targets for your selected standard
What is checkedTarget
Supported response claimsMeasure source-supported claims and coverage of required facts separately; both must meet the target. Use the correct transaction evidence. A short or empty response cannot game the score.≥98%
Required evidence identifiedAgainst a reviewer-defined checklist, include each available required item or correctly mark it missing. Calling an available item missing is a failure.≥95%
Correct case and deadlineMatch transaction identity, reason and exact deadline to the processor notice, including timezone and updates. Never infer a deadline from a generic rule.≥100%
Valid evidence linksKeep correct source locations for review and embed required evidence in the final files. Validate current processor and card-network file limits; no inaccessible links as a substitute.≥100%

The processor notice controls the reason and deadline. A delivery scan or customer message is not proof of every claim. Keep contradictory records and let your team decide whether to contest.

How quickly should the draft be ready?

Choose how quickly a complete case should become a reviewable evidence pack.

Timing details

Include parsing, evidence selection, queueing, model calls and export validation. The target excludes waiting for missing records, human approval and the processor's decision.

The target applies to at least 95% of agreed test runs, with 2 in progress at a time.

How much do you want to spend per case?

Choose the machine budget for checking records and drafting the response.

Cost details

Includes model calls, retries and shared hosting. Disputed funds, processor fees, human review and existing software subscriptions are separate.

Reference machine cost: $0.24 – 0.64 per case at 100 cases a month. The selected cap is a target to test, not a replacement for this estimate.

Where do you want it to run?

Run the workflow in your cloud or on your server. Choose whether authorised evidence can use an approved AI service.

Data and access details

Runs in a cloud account you control, with access controls and logs.

Send only authorised and minimised case evidence to an approved model. Agree retention and access before use.

Use least-privilege access and avoid collecting full card details. Private processing uses local files and inference; no live processor connection.

How do you want to use it?

Review evidence on a web page, through your existing agent or with a dedicated agent.

Anything else your provider should know?

Optional. Your choices are included automatically.

Common questions

Should I buy this or use Chargeflow?

Use a managed service if you want it to handle the dispute process for you. Buy a workflow when you need your own evidence checks, source handling or review process and will retain submission responsibility.

Will it win the dispute?

No promise can be made. It helps assemble accurate evidence; the issuer decides the outcome, and some disputes should not be contested.

Will it submit responses automatically?

No. Your team checks the facts, confirms the deadline and submits through the processor. The workflow has read-only access.

What if evidence is missing or contradicts the merchant?

It must show that clearly. Do not invent proof of delivery, hide refunds or treat a customer message as proof of identity.

Can I use other processors or scanned records?

Agree their formats, rules and extraction requirements with the provider. The baseline uses a bounded set of text records; extra connectors and scan extraction can change the scope.
