How should it receive your signed contracts?

List obligations, owners and renewal windows, with the clause behind each item.

One contract family includes up to 40 text-readable pages and 4 related signed documents.

Your team approves the obligation list and internal reminders. No automatic renewal, termination, payment or legal notices.

What is included

Read the supplied agreement and amendments, list duties and renewal windows, and show the source clauses. Your team approves the list and local internal reminders.

Supply the base agreement, amendments and any incorporated documents. Start with text-readable files; scanned pages, missing documents and disputed legal interpretations need separate handling.

Languages in the starting scope: up to 1 language.

Repositories in the starting scope: up to 1 repository.

Obligation fields in the starting scope: up to 20 fields.

Text per contract family: up to 20,000 words.

How accurate do you need the obligation list to be?

Find the duties, calculate the notice windows and keep every result tied to the current signed terms.

How these standards are measured

Use independently labelled contract families, including changed terms, missing amendments and ambiguous dates. Your legal or contract operations team checks every draft before reminders become active.

Targets for your selected standard
What is checkedTarget
Obligations capturedCaptured obligations divided by all independently labelled in-scope obligations. Missed, deferred and unprocessed items remain in the denominator.≥95%
Deadline accuracyCorrect normalised dates or correctly unresolved statuses divided by all labelled timing fields. Preserve the notice period, anchor, timezone and business-day rule; guessing an unavailable anchor fails.≥98%
Current terms usedCorrect governing terms divided by all labelled affected fields. A replaced base clause cannot remain active after a supplied signed amendment changes it.≥98%
Valid clause linksEach obligation links to the supporting clause, document version and date-calculation inputs. A citation to unrelated text does not pass.≥100%
Uncertainty markedAll labelled missing, unsigned, conflicting or ambiguous evidence remains visible for review. Do not substitute confidence scores for disclosure of a missing document.≥100%

These are test-set targets for internal tracking. Your team confirms interpretation, ownership and reminder dates; missing documents are not evidence that a duty does not exist.

How soon do you need the obligation list?

Choose how soon the draft should be ready after the complete contract family arrives.

Timing details

Measure from receiving the complete authorised family to a stored draft, including parsing, model calls, queueing and retries. Human review and the later reminder schedule are separate.

The target applies to at least 95% of agreed test runs, with 2 in progress at a time.

How much do you want to spend per contract family?

Choose your machine budget for reading the contract family and preparing its obligation list.

Cost details

Includes model calls, retries and shared hosting at the stated workload. Reminders use the approved stored dates, not repeated full-contract model runs. Scanning, repository fees and your team's review are separate.

Reference machine cost: $0.68 – 0.98 per contract family at 100 contract families a month. The selected cap is a target to test, not a replacement for this estimate.

Where do you want it to run?

Run in your cloud or on your own machine. Choose whether contract text can go to an approved external model.

Data and access details

Runs in an account you control with restricted access and a review log.

Send only approved contract content to the agreed model under your data-processing arrangements.

Restrict access by contract and preserve each input version. Private mode uses local supplied files and inference; it cannot connect to an external repository or hosted reminder service.

How do you want to use it?

Check the obligations on a web page, call the workflow from your AI agent or use a dedicated contract-tracking agent.

Anything else your provider should know?

Optional. Your choices are included automatically.

Common questions

When should I subscribe instead?

Use your existing contract system or a hosted intelligence product if its fields, permissions and reminders meet your needs. Commission this workflow for a specific private deployment or evidence process those tools do not provide.

Can it read scanned contracts?

Not in the starting scope. Supply text-readable contracts; agree OCR, page quality, extra costs and tests with your provider for scanned files.

Will it renew or cancel contracts?

No. It prepares obligations and internal reminders for approval. Your authorised team decides and sends any legally significant notice through its existing process.

What if an amendment or date is unclear?

It marks the affected item for review and does not silently activate a guessed reminder. Supply the missing documents or have your team confirm the interpretation.
