Where should the alerts come from?

Prepare each monitoring alert with its evidence and policy checks. Analysts decide instead of collecting data from several systems.

One alert includes up to 50 recent customer transfers.

Your analysts decide each alert. No report filing, fund actions, customer contact or signing keys.

What is included

Map your alert export and customer snapshot, summarise exposure and recent transfers, check each policy item and suggest close, escalate or request information with reasons.

Start with alert exports from your monitoring tool, customer snapshots, your written alert policy and alerts already decided by senior analysts. The connected option reads alerts and attaches draft notes; it never changes an alert's status.

How reliable should the preparation be?

A tidy summary is not enough. Choose how often the facts must be right, how many escalations it must catch and how often its suggestion matches your analysts.

How these standards are measured

Test on held-out alerts from later periods and different customers. Measure escalations caught separately from agreement with analysts; missing customer data, indirect exposure and repeated alerts must remain visible, and missing output is a failure.

Targets for your selected standard
What is checkedTarget
Alert facts correctAn alert passes only when amounts, addresses, assets, exposure category, hops and timestamps all match the source records.≥99%
Escalations caughtAlerts sent to escalation or an analyst divided by all alerts a senior analyst labelled for escalation; missing output counts as a miss.≥98%
Next step agreesSuggested next steps that match the senior analyst's labelled decision divided by all reviewed alerts.≥85%
Statements supportedFactual statements supported by the alert, customer record or written policy divided by all factual statements in the summary.≥97%

Missing an alert that should be escalated matters more than an extra review. Suggestions are drafts; your analysts and compliance officer make every decision.

How quickly do you need each alert prepared?

Choose how quickly an alert should be ready for an analyst. The analyst's decision time is separate.

Timing details

Time from accepting an alert to a stored case draft, including retrieval, summarising, policy checks, queueing and retries. Confirm alert volume and peak load with your provider.

The target applies to at least 95% of agreed test runs, with 5 in progress at a time.

How much do you want to spend per alert?

Choose the machine budget for preparing an alert. Tighter budgets may use smaller models or shorter context.

Cost details

Includes model calls, retries and shared hosting allocation. Analyst time, monitoring tool subscriptions, data provider fees and the calling agent are separate. Failed and repeated runs also consume resources.

Reference machine cost: $0.09 – 0.17 per alert at 500 alerts a month. The selected cap is a target to test, not a replacement for this estimate.

Where do you want it to run?

Keep alert review in your cloud or on your own server. Choose whether masked alert details may go to an approved AI service.

Data and access details

Runs in a cloud account you control, with access controls and logs.

Only agreed alert fields and masked customer details go to the selected external model. Agree access and retention first.

Use read-only access, mask customer identifiers where possible and keep credentials out of prompts. No external calls uses exported files and private inference; it cannot use the monitoring tool connection.

How do you want to use it?

Use a review page, your current AI agent or a dedicated alert agent. You can choose more than one.

Anything else your provider should know?

Optional. Your choices are included automatically.

Common questions

Do I need this if my monitoring tool already has case management?

Not necessarily. Use the built-in features if they cover your evidence gathering and policy checks. Buy a separate workflow when analysts still collect the same facts by hand for every alert.

Will it close alerts or file reports?

No. It prepares a draft and suggests a next step. Your analysts and compliance officer close alerts, escalate them and decide on any report.

Does it decide whether a customer is a criminal?

No. It summarises evidence against your written policy. Legal conclusions, sanctions determinations and investment advice are outside the workflow.

Can customer data stay inside our environment?

Yes. Choose no external calls and supply your own hardware. Measure model quality and running cost during the pilot.

Which monitoring tools does it work with?

Any tool that exports alerts or offers read access. The connected option reads from the tool you name; other connections can change the scope and price.
