Most checks use rules, not a model call for every row. Your selection is a target; the provider tests it together with your speed and accuracy requirements.

Runs in your own cloud account. Whether any data leaves is decided by the model access option, not by where it runs.

Keep original files and a reversible change log. An offline workflow uses uploads; agree an internal connection separately if needed.

Common questions

When should I buy a workflow instead of using a cleaning tool?

Buy when customer files arrive repeatedly and you need your own rules, approvals and import connections. For occasional clean-ups, your existing importer, a script or a desktop tool may be enough. A hosted import service may suit you better if its features already fit.

Can I keep my existing importer?

Yes. The file-based workflow prepares data for it. The connected option can send approved records to a staging destination; it does not write directly to your production database.

Can it fill missing values or merge duplicate customers?

It flags missing facts and possible duplicates for review. It does not invent contact details or merge records that only look similar.

Can I ask for different rules, file types or targets?

Yes. Add them to your requirements and agree the final scope and price with your provider. Use your own test files to check missed errors, false alerts, speed and running cost before accepting delivery.
