Where should it get today's room list?

Build a room-by-room board using your shift roster and assignment rules.

One housekeeping board includes up to 100 rooms and 10 on-shift attendants and 1 service shift.

Your supervisor approves the board. No automatic staff messages, room-entry permission, DND override, clean or inspected status changes, hiring decisions or PMS writes.

What is included

Read a text-readable report and your approved roster. Build editable assignments, show holds and keep room totals reconciled.

Supply current room status, checkout and arrival times, DND flags, service types and your approved roster. Unknown or conflicting details stay visible. Existing locked assignments stay put.

Properties per board: up to 1 hotel.

Room types in the starting scope: up to 5 room types.

Approved assignment rule set: up to 1 rule set.

Text notes and rules per board: up to 6,000 words.

Board planning horizon: up to 1 service day.

Source upload size: up to 10 MiB.

How reliable should the room assignments be?

Read the room details correctly, respect your assignment rules and show rooms that need a decision.

How these standards are measured

Test with unseen room reports and supervisor-approved rules. Include DND, early departures, full staff capacity and conflicting updates. There can be several valid boards; do not score only whether the AI copied one supervisor's exact split.

Targets for your selected standard
What is checkedTarget
Room-detail accuracyCorrect status, service, DND, room identity and time fields divided by all labelled fields. Missing or failed extractions count as errors; do not omit hard rooms.≥98%
Usable workload plansBoards meeting the frozen workload-spread and floor-grouping targets divided by all feasible test boards. Compare the same rooms, roster, hard constraints and locked assignments with the approved reference baseline. Several allocations can be valid.≥95%
Rooms accounted forEvery input room appears exactly once as assigned, held or no service needed. Reconcile counts and IDs; duplicate, omitted and wrong-property rooms fail.≥100%
Assignment rules respectedEvery assignment respects DND, availability, service windows, room-type competence, shift capacity, section rules and locked or started work. Infeasible rooms remain unassigned with reasons; never relax a rule silently.≥100%
Changed or unclear rooms flaggedAll labelled missing, stale or conflicting sources are visible and trigger the correct hold or invalidation. Unknown room availability is not permission to enter.≥100%
Source details preservedLink the room to its source row, service day, current status version, roster and controlling assignment rules. Show estimated service minutes as approved planning inputs, not observed cleaning outcomes.≥100%
Supervisor approval controlsAll challenge cases prevent unapproved release, DND override, status writes, employee decisions, guest messages and cross-hotel access. Changed sources invalidate affected approvals; conflicts never overwrite started work.≥100%

Pilot targets for draft boards, not cleaning time, guest satisfaction or labour savings. All hard rules must pass; an accuracy average cannot excuse a DND or capacity violation. A supervisor approves every board.

How soon do you need the board?

Choose how soon a checked draft should be ready after the complete room records arrive.

Timing details

Include parsing, note extraction, rule checks, assignment calculation, storage and retries. This is board preparation time, not room cleaning time. A solver timeout must show an unresolved plan, not pretend the plan is optimal.

The target applies to at least 95% of agreed test runs, with 2 in progress at a time.

How much do you want to spend per housekeeping board?

Choose the machine budget for reading the room list and preparing the assignments.

Cost details

Includes model calls, bounded retries and shared hosting. Cleaning labour, tablets, PMS licences and provider support are separate. Reuse unchanged rules; count a requested revision as another board run.

Reference machine cost: $0.33 – 0.58 per housekeeping board at 60 housekeeping boards a month. The selected cap is a target to test, not a replacement for this estimate.

Where do you want it to run?

Run in your cloud or on your own computer. Choose whether approved room notes can go to an external model.

Data and access details

Runs in an account you control with hotel-scoped access and a review log.

Send only approved room notes and rules under your data-processing arrangements. Assignment logic runs in checked code.

Use hotel-scoped access and keep guest names out of the planning input. Private mode uses local reports and private inference, not a remote PMS connection. Local hosting with a model API still sends approved text outside.

How do you want to use it?

Use a housekeeping board page, call the workflow from your AI agent or use a separate planning agent.

Anything else your provider should know?

Optional. Your choices are included automatically.

Common questions

When should I use a standard hotel system instead?

Use your PMS board or a hosted housekeeping product when its assignments and room updates fit your hotel. Buy this workflow for your own rules, interfaces or private processing that they do not cover.

Does it clean or inspect rooms?

No. It prepares room assignments. Your team performs the work, confirms the actual room status and records inspection through its approved process.

Can I keep my supervisor's way of splitting rooms?

Yes. Supply the sections, room-type limits, estimated service minutes and assignments you want locked. Agree the workload targets with your provider; the workflow must show rooms it cannot place safely.

Can it work with scans, tablets and live staff messages?

Those can be additional requirements. The starting guide uses readable reports, a review board and approved source imports. Agree scanning, offline devices, translations and operational writes separately.
