Where are your deal documents?

Turn your diligence questions into an evidence table you can check.

One review pack includes up to 100 text pages and 10 source documents and 10 diligence questions.

Analysts review every pack. No investment recommendations, trading, valuation guarantees or changes to source documents.

What is included

Answer the agreed questions, preserve financial definitions and show missing or conflicting evidence. Keep every answer linked to its sources.

Start with an authorised deal pack and a fixed question list. The connected option reads an approved folder; it does not include a whole data-room platform or licensed market feeds.

How well should the answers be supported?

Judge evidence and completeness, not how confident the answer sounds.

How these standards are measured

Use unseen deal packs and analyst-labelled required facts. Check answer support, completeness, conflicting figures and exact citations. Empty answers cannot pass by avoiding mistakes.

Targets for your selected standard
What is checkedTarget
Source-supported answersCheck each factual answer claim against the correct source. Report completeness separately; a short or empty answer cannot pass by omitting required facts.≥98%
Required facts includedScore all analyst-labelled required facts and contradictions. Explicitly mark genuinely absent evidence; calling an available fact missing is an error.≥95%
Correct financial figuresMatch the original value, scale, sign, entity, period and currency. Keep adjusted and reported figures distinct; conflicting sources must remain visible.≥99%
Valid source linksOpen each citation at the correct passage and document version. Test changed files, inaccessible sources and deal-level permissions.≥100%

Preserve period, entity, currency, units and reported-versus-adjusted definitions. A cited number can still be used incorrectly. Every pack needs analyst review.

How quickly should the evidence pack be ready?

Choose the time from a complete deal pack to a reviewable question matrix.

Timing details

Include extraction, retrieval, model calls, retries and export checks. Waiting for documents, external research and analyst sign-off are outside this target.

The target applies to at least 95% of agreed test runs, with 2 in progress at a time.

How much do you want to spend per review pack?

Choose the machine budget for reading documents and checking the answers.

Cost details

Includes model calls, retries and shared hosting. Analyst time, licensed data, existing software and new hardware are separate.

Reference machine cost: $1.43 – 3.43 per review pack at 20 review packs a month. The selected cap is a target to test, not a replacement for this estimate.

Where do you want it to run?

Run the workflow in your cloud or on your server. Choose whether authorised deal text can use an approved AI service.

Data and access details

Runs in a cloud account you control, with access controls and logs.

Send only authorised deal excerpts to an approved model. Agree retention and access before use.

Keep deal access isolated and log source versions. No external calls means private inference and file inputs, not a live external folder connection.

How do you want to use it?

Review the evidence on a web page, call it from your agent or use a dedicated agent.

Anything else your provider should know?

Optional. Your choices are included automatically.

Common questions

Should I buy this or subscribe to Hebbia?

Use a financial research platform when you need its broad integrations and managed product. Buy a bounded workflow when your team needs its own question matrix, data boundary and review process.

Will it decide whether to invest?

No. It organises evidence for your analysts. Valuation, investment decisions and professional opinions remain with your team.

What happens when the documents disagree?

It shows both figures with their sources, dates, periods and definitions. It must not quietly choose a convenient number or invent a reconciliation.

Does it include market data or the whole data room?

No. The reference scope uses a bounded set of authorised text documents. Licensed feeds, scanned files, large spreadsheets and additional connectors need an agreed scope.

Can the information stay private?

Choose private inference and file inputs if no external calls are allowed. Check hardware, model rights and measured quality with your provider before deployment.
