How do you want to review your deal documents?

Build a diligence table you can check clause by clause.

One diligence pack includes up to 100 text pages and 20 source documents and 10 review fields.

Counsel reviews every pack. No legal clearance, contract amendments, consent notices or external distribution without approval.

What is included

Group related contracts, extract agreed terms and prepare a source-linked issue table. Include reviewed states, missing-document requests and editable exports.

Group each base contract with its amendments and schedules. Extract your agreed fields, flag potential issues and keep missing documents visible. This prepares legal review; it does not clear a deal or rewrite contracts.

Contract families: up to 10 base-contract families.

Transaction scope: up to 1 deal and agreed legal review framework.

Concurrent packs: up to 2 diligence packs.

How reliable should the diligence table be?

Check the table's evidence, missed issues and treatment of amendments.

How these standards are measured

Use unseen contract families labelled by transaction counsel. Measure extracted terms, material issue recall, issue precision, amendment links and source locations separately.

Targets for your selected standard
What is checkedTarget
Correct extracted termsScore every required review cell, including genuinely absent terms. Wrong parties, dates, exceptions or unsupported values are errors; empty outputs cannot pass.≥98%
Material issues foundUse counsel-labelled issues and the agreed materiality rules. Include issues created by amendments, cross-references and missing documents, not just obvious clauses.≥95%
Relevant issue flagsCount all proposed flags and check whether each is supported and relevant. Flagging every clause cannot pass by achieving high recall.≥90%
Correct amendment handlingCheck the base contract, amendment sequence, execution evidence and affected clauses. A genuinely uncertain relationship must stay unresolved; guessing a convenient version is an error.≥98%
Valid clause citationsOpen the exact clause in the recorded source version. Test stale links, revised files, duplicate names and access changes.≥100%

Keep missing evidence and unresolved amendments separate from confirmed facts. A source-backed table is not a legal clearance, and every pack requires counsel review.

How quickly should the table be ready?

Choose the time from a complete document pack to a reviewable table.

Timing details

Include extraction, contract grouping, analysis, source checks, retries and exports. Collecting missing documents and counsel review take additional time.

The target applies to at least 95% of agreed test runs, with 2 in progress at a time.

How much do you want to spend per diligence pack?

Choose the machine budget for reading contracts and checking the table.

Cost details

Includes model calls, retries and shared hosting. Lawyer review, existing data-room subscriptions, scanned-document processing and new hardware are separate.

Reference machine cost: $1.50 – 3.50 per diligence pack at 20 diligence packs a month. The selected cap is a target to test, not a replacement for this estimate.

Where do you want it to run?

Run it in your cloud or on your server. Decide whether authorised contract passages can use an approved AI service.

Data and access details

Runs in a cloud account you control, with access controls and logs.

Send only authorised contract text to an approved model. Agree confidentiality, retention and access terms before processing.

Isolate each matter, record source versions and keep imports read-only. Changed sources reopen affected reviewed cells instead of silently overwriting counsel's work.

How do you want to use it?

Review a table on a web page, call it from your agent or use a dedicated agent.

Anything else your provider should know?

Optional. Your choices are included automatically.

Common questions

How is this different from contract review?

Contract review checks an individual contract against preferred wording. This workflow compares terms across a deal pack and its amendments, then builds the table and issue list your transaction team needs.

Should I buy this or subscribe to Legora?

Subscribe when you need a managed platform with broad integrations and team collaboration. Buy a bounded workflow when you need your own table, source boundary and transaction review process.

What if an amendment or schedule is missing?

The table marks the affected answer unresolved and lists the missing document. It must not invent a replacement term or present the contract as clear.

Can it decide which issues block the deal?

No. It flags evidence against rules agreed with counsel. Your legal team decides materiality, legal consequences and what action to take.

What happens when a reviewed document changes?

The workflow keeps the old finding and reviewer decision, identifies affected cells and reopens them for approval. It must not silently carry an old approval onto new evidence.

Can we use our existing data room?

The connected guide covers an approved document folder with read-only access. Other data-room connectors, scanned files and larger packs can be scoped with your provider.
