Where should it get your equipment records?

List the maintenance tasks, when they are due and why.

One asset plan includes up to 1 equipment asset and 20 text-readable manual pages and 10 agreed maintenance tasks.

Your maintenance engineer approves every plan. No equipment control, safety-rule changes, work-order release or automatic interval extension.

What is included

Read the manual, approved rules and service records. Draft tasks and next due dates, leaving missing information visible.

Supply the correct equipment manual, approved intervals, last service dates and current usage counter. Missing or reset readings stay unresolved; do not guess.

Sites in the starting scope: up to 1 site.

Asset families in the starting scope: up to 1 equipment family.

Service records per asset plan: up to 50 records.

Approved meter types: up to 1 usage counter.

Text per asset plan: up to 6,000 words.

Calendar planning horizon: up to 30 days.

How accurate do the tasks and due dates need to be?

Capture the required tasks, calculate due dates from approved rules and show missing information.

How these standards are measured

Test against plans labelled by your maintenance engineer. Include overdue tasks, late completions, counter resets and missing records. Your team approves every plan.

Targets for your selected standard
What is checkedTarget
Required tasks capturedCaptured required tasks divided by all independently labelled in-scope tasks. Missed, deferred and unprocessed tasks remain in the denominator.≥95%
Due-date accuracyCorrect due dates or correctly unresolved fields divided by all labelled scheduling fields. Check fixed and completion-based rules, units, timezones and month-end behaviour; never guess a missing anchor.≥98%
Valid source linksEvery task and interval links to the correct asset manual or approved rule, input version and calculation inputs. An unrelated citation fails.≥100%
Missing information markedAll labelled missing, stale, reset or conflicting dates and usage readings remain visible for review. Unknown readings cannot produce an all-clear result.≥100%
Approval controlsAll challenge cases reject equipment control, work-order release and unapproved interval changes. Any source change invalidates affected approvals.≥100%

Test-set targets, not equipment uptime or safety guarantees. Missing dates and invalid counters remain unresolved. An engineer approves every plan before your existing process releases work.

How soon do you need the plan?

Choose how soon the draft should be ready after the complete asset records arrive.

Timing details

Measure from authorised input to a stored draft, including parsing, model calls, schedule calculation and retries. This is not the time technicians take to maintain the machine.

The target applies to at least 95% of agreed test runs, with 2 in progress at a time.

How much do you want to spend per asset plan?

Choose the machine budget for reading the records and drafting the maintenance plan.

Cost details

Includes model calls, retries and shared hosting. Technician labour, replacement parts, scanning, sensors and maintenance-system licences are separate. Reuse approved rules when nothing has changed.

Reference machine cost: $0.22 – 0.37 per asset plan at 200 asset plans a month. The selected cap is a target to test, not a replacement for this estimate.

Where do you want it to run?

Run in your cloud or on your own machine. Choose whether equipment text can go to an approved external model.

Data and access details

Runs in an account you control with restricted access and a review log.

Send only approved equipment text to the agreed model under your data-processing arrangements.

Use restricted read access. Private mode uses supplied local files and private inference, not a remote maintenance-system connection. A local computer alone does not make external API calls private.

How do you want to use it?

Check the plan on a web page, call it from your AI agent or use a separate maintenance-planning agent.

Anything else your provider should know?

Optional. Your choices are included automatically.

Common questions

When should I subscribe instead?

Use your existing maintenance system or a standard hosted product if its recurring plans already meet your needs. Buy this workflow for manual-linked drafts, specific planning rules or private processing it does not provide.

Will it predict failures or reduce downtime?

Not in this scope. It drafts documented maintenance tasks and due dates. Live monitoring, failure prediction and measured reliability improvement require a separate project.

Can it change service intervals?

It can show a proposed change with supporting records if you separately agree that feature. This starting workflow uses approved intervals; an authorised engineer decides any change.

What if a manual or meter reading is missing?

It holds the affected item for review instead of inventing a date or declaring the equipment safe. Supply the missing source or have your engineer resolve the issue.
