Where should the company information come from?

Use saved company pages or connect approved websites and your CRM account list.

One account brief includes up to 1 target company and 6 source pages.

Research and draft only. Do not send outreach, collect private contact details, change deal stages or overwrite CRM records without approval.

What is included

Read supplied company text, answer your checklist and explain the account's fit with source references. Mark missing facts explicitly.

The base reads supplied text pages in a single language. Finding new prospects, paid data feeds, personal contact enrichment and sending outreach are separate scopes.

Source page length: up to 2,000 words per page.

Your research checklist: up to 10 questions per account.

How reliable should the research be?

Choose targets for supported facts, research coverage and agreement with your customer-fit rules. These are not conversion-rate promises.

How these standards are measured

Test on companies your sales team has reviewed independently. Check facts, missing information and customer-fit decisions separately. Unknown revenue, buying intent or technology must stay unknown, not become guesses.

Targets for your selected standard
What is checkedTarget
Facts supported by sourcesCount supported factual claims divided by all published factual claims. Check the correct company, date and quoted evidence; an unrelated citation is not support. Review per field, not only an overall average.≥98%
Available research answers foundCount correctly answered checklist questions divided by questions independently labelled answerable from the agreed source pack. Empty briefs cannot pass by making no claims.≥90%
Customer-fit decisions agreedCompare each rule's fit, not-fit or unknown decision with independent sales-team labels. Report each class separately so the majority class cannot hide errors; do not use conversion as ground truth.≥90%
Missing information kept unknownCount unanswerable questions correctly left unknown divided by all independently labelled unanswerable questions. Missing, old or conflicting evidence must not be rewritten as a confident current fact.≥95%

Your sales team decides how to use the brief. A customer-fit label is not verified buying intent, creditworthiness or a prediction that an account will convert.

How quickly do you need each account brief?

Choose the time to research an account and return its brief with source links.

Timing details

Time the full run, including permitted page retrieval, model calls, retries and saving the brief. Failed fetches remain visible. Human review and website access approval are separate.

The target applies to at least 95% of agreed test runs, with 2 in progress at a time.

How much do you want to spend per account brief?

Choose the AI budget for researching a company and drafting its brief.

Cost details

Includes model calls, retries and allocated hosting for the bounded source pages. Paid search, contact databases, browser automation and data-provider subscriptions are not included.

Reference machine cost: $0.06 – 0.12 per account brief at 500 account briefs a month. The selected cap is a target to test, not a replacement for this estimate.

Where do you want it to run?

Choose where account records live and whether approved source text can go to an external model.

Data and access details

Runs in a cloud account you control, with access controls and logs.

Only approved source fields go to the selected external model. Agree access and retention first.

No external calls uses saved company information and a private model; live websites and hosted CRM connections need network access. Agree retention and access before importing private account notes.

How do you want to use it?

Review briefs on a web page, request them from your existing agent or use a dedicated research agent.

Anything else your provider should know?

Optional. Your choices are included automatically.

Common questions

Why buy this instead of subscribing to a sales tool?

Subscribe when a hosted tool already has the sources and workflow you need. Buy a custom workflow when your own research rules, private context or deployment environment are the missing part.

Will it find people and email them?

Not in this guide. You supply the target companies. The workflow produces evidence-backed account briefs; contact discovery and outreach need separate scope and permissions.

Can it tell me which companies will buy?

No. It checks your customer-fit criteria against available evidence. A fit decision helps prioritise research but does not establish buying intent or promise a sale.

What if a company does not publish the information?

The brief should say unknown and suggest a discovery question. It must not invent revenue, technology, budgets or business needs.

Can I use private CRM notes?

Yes, if you authorise the fields and access. Agree retention and model permissions, and keep private customer information out of the public job post.
