Where should it read your screening alerts?

Compare the evidence behind each hit before an analyst decides.

One alert includes up to 1 screened subject and 5 candidate hits and 10 authorised source articles and 20 text pages.

Analysts decide every alert. No automatic closure, customer approval, payment blocking or regulatory filing. Missing details never prove a mismatch.

What is included

Compare supplied identity attributes and source evidence against your policy. Prepare review notes that preserve uncertainty and do not make the final decision.

Start with authorised alert exports, customer attributes and source articles. The connected option reads an approved screening feed; it does not buy data licences or investigate the open web.

How reliable should the review notes be?

Keep possible matches visible and require evidence for every mismatch recommendation.

How these standards are measured

Use held-out, analyst-labelled alerts. Measure missed possible matches and incorrect mismatch recommendations separately. Missing identity details, stale sources and unresolved contradictions must stay visible.

Targets for your selected standard
What is checkedTarget
Possible matches retainedAmong all analyst-labelled possible or confirmed matches, count those retained for investigation. Do not use overall accuracy to hide missed matches.≥99%
Correct mismatch recommendationsAmong suggested mismatches, count those justified by sufficient distinguishing evidence. Report recommendation coverage too; no recommendations means the precision test is unproven, not a pass.≥99%
Required evidence coveredCheck the analyst-labelled identity and policy checklist. Correctly expose missing information and contradictions; marking available evidence missing is an error.≥95%
Valid source linksCheck subject and hit IDs, source locations, publication dates and snapshot versions. Distinguish allegations, findings and later corrections.≥100%

A similar name is not proof of identity. Missing data is not evidence of a mismatch. Allegations and political roles do not establish wrongdoing. Qualified analysts retain all decisions.

How quickly should an alert be ready to review?

Choose the time from a complete alert pack to source-linked review notes.

Timing details

Include parsing, policy checks, model calls, retries and export validation. Waiting for data, investigation work and analyst decisions are outside this target.

The target applies to at least 95% of agreed test runs, with 2 in progress at a time.

How much do you want to spend per alert?

Choose the machine budget for comparing hits and preparing the review notes.

Cost details

Includes model calls, retries and shared hosting. Screening licences, source subscriptions, investigations and analyst review are separate.

Reference machine cost: $0.17 – 0.25 per alert at 500 alerts a month. The selected cap is a target to test, not a replacement for this estimate.

Where do you want it to run?

Run the workflow in your cloud or on your server. Choose whether approved alert data can use an external AI service.

Data and access details

Runs in a cloud account you control, with access controls and logs.

Send only authorised, minimised evidence to an approved model. Agree retention and access before use.

Minimise personal data and enforce source permissions and retention. No external calls means private inference and file inputs, not a live screening feed.

How do you want to use it?

Review evidence on a web page, through your existing agent or with a dedicated agent.

Anything else your provider should know?

Optional. Your choices are included automatically.

Common questions

Should I buy this or use Diligent AI?

Use a managed product when you want its integrations and ongoing service. Buy a bounded workflow when you need your own review logic and data boundary, and already have authorised screening results.

Does it replace my screening provider?

No. Your licensed provider supplies the alerts and source records. This workflow helps an analyst review them; screening subscriptions and dataset licences are separate.

Will it automatically clear or close alerts?

No. It prepares evidence and suggested review notes. A qualified analyst decides; the workflow cannot close alerts, approve customers, block payments or file reports.

What if details are missing or the news is only an allegation?

Missing identity details do not prove a mismatch. Keep uncertainty visible and distinguish allegations from established findings. A political role or news mention does not establish wrongdoing.

Can it read live news or other data sources?

The baseline uses approved source articles supplied with the alert. Web enrichment, additional data providers and broader investigations need their own scope and permissions.
