Report a Bug
If something is not working as expected, email [email protected] with:
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- Your device and OS version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 18.2).
- A screenshot or screen recording when possible.
If you found a security issue, please use [email protected] instead and do not include reproduction details in public channels.
Account and Billing
You can manage most account settings directly in the RenX app or on the web. For questions about plans, invoices, or refunds, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account so we can verify and assist you.
Delete Your Account
You can delete your RenX account at any time. In the mobile app, open Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the prompts. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, agents, conversations, and other personal data, except where we are required to retain limited records for legal, security, or billing purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you cannot access the in-app flow, email [email protected] from your registered address and we will process the deletion for you.
