Code 15–18 research interview transcripts in Dedoose
Project brief
Apply an existing qualitative codebook to 15–18 de-identified interview transcripts. Use the supplied examples to keep coding consistent and flag ambiguous passages for review. This is research coding, not medical advice or diagnosis.
Delivery deadline: 2026-10-07. Expected production time: 7 calendar days after funding and receipt of agreed materials. Confirm the exact scope and materials before accepting the contract.
Project materials will be shared with shortlisted applicants during scoping and supplied before work begins.
Required materials: Authorized de-identified transcripts, existing codebook and Dedoose access.
Submit the work and acceptance evidence through RenX. Include relevant examples, your approach and proposed AI/agent use. Additional tools, licenses, travel, advertising and other third-party costs require separate agreement.

- Coded transcripts, export and ambiguity notes.
What the result must meet
- All agreed transcripts are coded against the supplied framework.
- Sampled passages match the codebook; no identifiable participant data is introduced into unauthorized tools.
