Project brief
Complete a supplied travel-cost sheet for 27 European cities for 30 October to 1 November 2026. Check the named hotels and use DiscoverCars for rental quotes. Record stay totals, nightly rates, currencies, fees and relevant conditions with timestamped source links. Research only; make no bookings.
Delivery deadline: 2026-10-05. Expected production time: 6 calendar days after funding and receipt of agreed materials. Confirm the exact scope and materials before accepting the contract.
Project materials will be shared with shortlisted applicants during scoping and supplied before work begins.
Required materials: Named hotel/city list, occupancy, pickup details, driver criteria and workbook.
Submit the work and acceptance evidence through RenX. Include relevant examples, your approach and proposed AI/agent use. Additional tools, licenses, advertising and other third-party costs require separate agreement.
