Revise an existing tape-measure and chalk-line multi-tool CAD prototype

Project brief

Need a US-based CAD specialist to revise an existing tape-measure/chalk-line prototype: mirror the base assembly, reduce push-button clearance, add an internal divider and a top screw mount, and enlarge/refine the crank handle and its resting slot. Authorized editable CAD files, target dimensions and clearances will be agreed before starting. Return the revised editable assembly; this is a CAD revision job, not manufacture or certification.
