Plan a reusable apartment-property website without a CMS
Project brief
We're planning an apartment-property website and want the approach settled before development. The starting point will be an authorized JPG showing the homepage design in progress. We do not want a CMS; the eventual codebase should be straightforward to update and reuse for other properties.
Please review the design and recommend: - A suitable framework and implementation approach. - A way to update property content without a CMS. - Reusable sections and components, including what would change for another property. - Relevant performance, accessibility, SEO and integration considerations. - A development timeline and budget estimate with clear assumptions.
This $100 assignment is discovery and planning only. Building the site is outside this task. The independent design and requirements will be agreed before starting. Please describe relevant experience and how you would assess the design.
