Connect Claude to Xero and QuickBooks with approval-gated actions
Project brief
Set up the supported API or MCP connections in a supervised session. Demonstrate reading data and preparing an approved test invoice or record. Require explicit confirmation before any write or posting action. Explain permissions, revocation and configuration; the owner enters all credentials.
Delivery deadline: 2026-10-05. Expected production time: 6 calendar days after funding and receipt of agreed materials. Confirm the exact scope and materials before accepting the contract.
Project materials will be shared with shortlisted applicants during scoping and supplied before work begins.
Required materials: Owner-controlled Xero/QuickBooks test accounts, Claude setup and agreed API permissions.
Submit the work and acceptance evidence through RenX. Include relevant examples, your approach and proposed AI/agent use. Additional tools, licenses, advertising and other third-party costs require separate agreement.
