Build an IIS-hosted C# webhook receiver with daily text logs
Project brief
Need an experienced C#/.NET/ASP.NET developer, ideally with 5+ years' experience, for an evening remote session through AnyDesk. Reliable high-speed internet is essential. AI coding assistants are welcome.
Work from scratch on the authorized development computer: - Install/configure the SDK, IDE and required tools. - Receive HTTP/HTTPS POST webhook payloads and write them to text files. - Log every event with its full timestamp in a dedicated folder: append to one file per day and create a new file automatically each day. - Deploy in IIS, handling application pools, bindings, SSL and relevant connectivity/firewall troubleshooting. - Use one Postman request to send the payload and demonstrate the complete flow.
Agree independent machine access, implementation notes and the evening slot before starting; no original buyer assets are assumed.
Deliverables & acceptance
What you'll deliver
- Working source, IIS deployment and Postman test.
What the result must meet
- POST payloads are captured accurately; daily logs append correctly and roll over on a new date.
- The agreed Postman request works through IIS.
