Connect an Instagram ebook conversation to ActiveCampaign through ManyChat and Zapier
Project brief
I need this Instagram flow connected through ManyChat and Zapier to ActiveCampaign:
1. A comment triggers an invitation to request an ebook. 2. Only after the person clicks the download button, ask their study subject, exam date and email address. 3. Transfer all three answers to ActiveCampaign and add the contact to the list that starts ebook delivery. 4. Send a confirmation asking them to check their inbox in about ten minutes.
We'll agree the authorized accounts, ebook, fields and consent wording before starting. Demonstrate the whole flow with test accounts, not unsolicited messages to real users.
Deliverables & acceptance
What you'll deliver
- Configured ManyChat, Zapier and ActiveCampaign flow.
- Test evidence and configuration handoff.
What the result must meet
- Comment and button interaction produce the three-question flow in the agreed order.
- Test answers arrive in the correct ActiveCampaign fields/list and trigger ebook delivery and confirmation without repeated sends.
