Model a steel-and-plywood column formwork panel as an editable CAD assembly
Project brief
Need a mechanical CAD designer for a basic modular column-formwork panel, using a dimensioned sketch and reference photos. This is a fabrication-style assembly, not a Blender render or a redesign.
Model the plywood, steel perimeter frame, internal T-channels and three Section-A horizontal stiffeners. Follow the supplied thicknesses, steel profiles, spacing and 20 mm diameter perimeter holes. Keep the parts individually editable and correctly positioned. Exclude corner connectors, handles, props, tie rods, wedges and clamps.
Required: the complete assembly, component files, STEP export and native CAD files. SolidWorks, Inventor or Fusion 360 is preferred; properly constructed AutoCAD 3D is acceptable. A dimensioned PDF, exploded view, basic parts list and render would also be useful if agreed.
Please show 2-3 relevant mechanical or welded-assembly examples. The authorized drawings and dimensions must be agreed before starting; ask about missing measurements rather than simplifying them. No fabrication or structural certification is commissioned.
Deliverables & acceptance
What you'll deliver
- Fully editable panel assembly and individual parts in native CAD, plus a STEP export.
What the result must meet
- All four specified component groups, three horizontal stiffeners, steel profiles, plywood thickness and perimeter-hole geometry match the agreed drawings.
- Components remain editable and correctly assembled; STEP opens and excluded accessories are absent. Resolve missing measurements with the owner.
