Edit one hour-long conversational podcast episode

Project brief

I need an audio editor for one conversational podcast episode. The raw recording is about an hour. Balance the voices, clean up noise, use EQ/compression where useful, and remove distracting filler, repeated phrases and dead air without making the conversation sound chopped up. Deliver a ready-to-publish audio file. We'll agree on the recording and any timestamp notes before work starts.
