Project brief
A careful retouching test: make three authorised baby portraits from different cameras and lighting conditions look like one coherent set. Aim for natural skin, soft white bedding and believable folds and shadows, not an artificial studio replacement.
The images and reference look will be agreed before work begins. Background-only AI assistance is acceptable; do not generate or replace the baby, clothing or toy pixels, or apply generative upscaling to the subject. Please explain your masking approach and show comparable natural retouching.

What you'll deliver
- Three full-resolution retouched portraits in agreed JPEG/TIFF formats.
What the result must meet
- Skin tone and bedding are consistent across the three images without losing natural texture.
- Subject, clothing and toys are preserved; any AI changes are confined to the agreed background mask.
