Write a human-authored 2,000-word US travel or holiday story for young readers
Project brief
Looking for a writer familiar with history and culture for one educational travel or holiday story, at least 2,000 words, readable at sixth- to seventh-grade level.
Choose an agreed topic such as a trip to Boston, Nevada or San Diego, or an American holiday or festival. A personal or clearly imagined account is welcome, but cultural and historical details must be researched and accurate. This is credited writing, not ghostwriting. No AI-written text.
The $60 commission includes agreed revisions. Before acceptance, agree the topic, author bio/photo credit and exclusive permanent publication and educational-adaptation rights, including translations. The commissioned piece cannot be republished or resold elsewhere; portfolio sharing should link to its authorized publication. Please confirm the length, rights, revision arrangement and human-writing requirement.
