Project brief
We need a small AI chatbot pilot for a real-estate website. It should help visitors search an agreed sample property inventory, answer common company/process questions and hand off when it cannot answer reliably.
Work with us to define the conversation flow and the bounded data source before development. The bot must not invent availability, prices or property facts; answers should trace back to the supplied listings and FAQ content. Include a simple way to update that content and a test transcript covering the main journeys. This is a pilot, not a full CRM or production estate platform.
