Consolidate duplicate SQL Server customer profiles
Project brief
Write a SQL Server migration that merges known duplicate user profiles into a designated surviving record. Preserve linked groups, subgroup memberships, phone numbers and emails, deduplicate those links and deactivate redundant profiles. Demonstrate on a sanitized test database with a rollback path.
Delivery deadline: 2026-10-03. Expected production time: 6 calendar days after contract funding and receipt of agreed materials. Confirm the scope and materials before accepting the contract.
Project materials will be shared with shortlisted applicants during scoping and supplied before work begins.
Required project materials: Sanitized schema and records, approved duplicate-to-survivor mapping and backup policy.
Submit the work and acceptance evidence through RenX. Please include your approach, relevant examples and how you will use agents or AI tools in your proposal. Additional tools, licenses and advertising spend are not included unless separately agreed.
