Build one branded Google-based survey that saves complete responses in Sheets
Project brief
I need one online survey with a branded, mobile-friendly interface and a question-by-question flow, rather than a standard Google Form. Use Google Sites, Apps Script or an appropriate Google-based setup; do not rebuild the underlying platform.
The public interaction reference is https://sites.google.com/view/iifym-metabolic-pyramid-survey. Match its general experience using independently authorized design and content. Include the agreed questions and options: written answers, multiple choice, single selection and scales where needed. People should be able to move backward and forward, see progress where appropriate and reach a clean thank-you screen.
Save every person's complete answers in an organized Google Sheet. Build or transfer the survey into the buyer's account so they control it. Exact content, branding and account access must be agreed before commissioning. Allow three production days; include survey examples and your proposed setup.
