Move selected Gmail labels and messages to Google Workspace
Project brief
Transfer an agreed set of Gmail labels and their contents to an authorized Google Workspace account. Preserve the mapped organization and message content, verify counts and attachments, and leave the source intact until the owner approves the result.
Delivery deadline: 2026-10-02. Expected production time: 4 calendar days after funding and receipt of agreed materials. Confirm the exact scope and materials before accepting the contract.
Project materials will be shared with shortlisted applicants during scoping and supplied before work begins.
Required materials: Owner-authorized accounts, selected labels, volume estimate and transfer plan.
Submit the work and acceptance evidence through RenX. Include relevant examples, your approach and proposed AI/agent use. Additional tools, licenses, travel, advertising and other third-party costs require separate agreement.

- Completed migration, label mapping and reconciliation checks.
What the result must meet
- All agreed messages appear under the correct target labels with attachments preserved.
- Counts reconcile and source data is not deleted without approval.
