Diagnose Microsoft F1 mailbox-creation problems in Exchange Online
Project brief
The email application is already built. This task is to diagnose why Microsoft 365/Exchange Online does not expose the required mailbox-creation options in an F1-licensed environment.
Scope: - Inspect licensing, tenant settings and permissions; explain the actual limitation or error. - Correct the authorized configuration and configure the agreed mailboxes where the existing entitlements permit it. - Verify sending and receiving; address relevant MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC issues if needed. - Leave a repeatable configuration note.
Confirm mailbox count, tenant access and boundaries before starting. If F1 entitlements cannot support the requirement, document the supported options and escalate; do not purchase or silently upgrade licenses. No application development is included. Please describe relevant F1/Exchange experience and a similar configuration problem you have solved.
