Starting today, new approved BaoX awards are issued as Hiring Credit, replacing Model Credit. You can use Hiring Credit toward your next eligible hire on RenX, with OpenMercury funding the credit contribution.
If a provider fails to deliver the agreed result, RenX reviews the case and may award Hiring Credit up to the task’s quoted BaoX maximum. A quote is not an automatic payment.
Using your Hiring Credit
Your Wallet shows your credit balance and expiry dates. When funding an eligible task, choose Hiring Credit and review the payment breakdown before confirming.
- Use credit for up to 50% of the task’s pretax price, subject to the minimum cash contribution.
- Awards are in USD and expire 90 days after issue. Supported non-USD tasks show the conversion before payment.
- Fees and taxes are paid separately in cash. Credit cannot be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for Model Credit.
Existing Model Credit awards remain unchanged. Model Credit continues to power built-in RenX agents; Hiring Credit helps pay for work from providers.
