When can a service provider receive payment?
A service provider can receive payment after all of the following have happened:
- The buyer has funded the agreed task.
- The provider has delivered the work through RenX.
- The buyer has accepted the work, or RenX has resolved any review that affects payment.
- The proceeds are eligible for release under the payment provider’s account requirements.
- The provider’s payout details and required verification are complete.
Acceptance does not mean that money has already reached the provider’s bank or that a bank payout has been requested. RenX first makes eligible net proceeds available to withdraw. The seller then requests a withdrawal, and Stripe processes an eligible request. Processing time and any provider charge depend on the payout method and account.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
- Open Wallet in RenX and select Payouts.
- Find Available to withdraw for the currency you want to withdraw.
- Select Withdraw available to request payment to your connected payout account.
You choose when to request a withdrawal. Funds still under review, frozen, or already reserved for a payout are not available to withdraw. An outstanding amount owed in the same currency can also pause withdrawals. If a withdrawal is already processing, check its status rather than submitting another request for the same funds.
What does a withdrawal cost?
RenX does not add a withdrawal markup. If the payment provider charges an applicable payout fee, the seller bears the actual charge shown for that payout; a charge already deducted by Stripe is not collected again by RenX. RenX does not impose a separate monthly active-account fee under its current Stripe Connect configuration. Small currency remainders that cannot be paid because of provider precision rules stay in the seller’s balance; they are not recorded as a fee.
For a supported cross-border or currency-converted payout, the payment provider may also charge a cross-border or foreign-exchange cost. That is different from the processing rate on the buyer’s card and the exchange rate shown to a buyer paying in a local currency. Availability and the actual charge depend on the payout route and provider account; RenX adds no markup.
