Where can I find invoices, receipts, and settlement records?

Open the relevant item under Work to find the financial records available for that task.

Buyers can view the task price before tax, task tax, total due, and amount paid on the invoice or payment receipt. Service providers can view RenX’s platform fee and applicable tax on the fee, together with a settlement record showing provider costs, adjustments, and net proceeds.

Costs charged directly by Stripe or another payment provider are identified as provider charges. They are not presented as fees invoiced by RenX. Where the provider reports only a total, RenX shows that total and does not invent a more detailed breakdown.

A later provider adjustment is recorded as a linked supplementary entry. RenX does not silently rewrite an earlier invoice or receipt. An amount still being confirmed is marked as pending rather than shown as zero.
