What if the seller doesn’t deliver the agreed result?

Raise the issue in Work before accepting the delivery or before the review deadline shown for the task. Explain which agreed deliverable or acceptance criterion was not met and include relevant evidence.

RenX reviews the agreed task version, the formal delivery, messages and files connected to the work, and the evidence submitted by both parties. General dissatisfaction is not enough on its own; the review is based on the objective requirements the parties agreed before work began.

RenX may require a correction and fresh delivery, approve some payment for usable work, approve a refund, or find that the submitted work met the agreed requirements. A refund is not automatic simply because a review was opened.

If RenX confirms that the result was not achieved and the provider keeps no service payment, before payout and with no chargeback in progress, the reviewed refund deducts eligible actual non-refundable channel costs, the task currency’s minimum RenX fee and applicable tax. These deductions are borne by the buyer and must be lawful, previously disclosed and agreed, and supported by evidence. RenX adjusts the original seller commission and tax; it does not keep the full 15% commission as well or collect the same fee from both parties.

The quote shows the original payment, each deduction and tax adjustment, and the amount returned. Deductions cannot exceed the lawfully deductible refundable balance or create a negative refund. Costs that cannot lawfully be passed on remain with the party responsible for them. A statutory or otherwise valid full-refund right takes priority: ordinary fees do not reduce that refund.

If funds have already been paid out or a bank chargeback is in progress, contact support for review rather than assuming the ordinary deduction calculation applies. A funding shortfall does not reduce an already established refund entitlement.
